Synopsis
The story of a stunning young bride in nineteenth-century Asia. Amir is sent to a nearby town to get married at the age of twenty. However, her shock at discovering that Karluk, her new husband, is eight years younger than she is is soon overshadowed by her intense love for the kid and his family. Despite coming from just beyond the mountains, Amir’s clan has drastically different traditions, cuisine, and attire than Karluk is accustomed to. Their love and respect for one another deepens as they get to know one another better via their daily lives.
