Synopsis

High school student Kei Nagai gets into a terrible car accident and dies, but then comes back to life, realizing he might be special – maybe not an ordinary human. He could possibly be an almost immortal being with the power to regenerate and even see supernatural creatures. Scared, he flees society, and is helped by his friend. However, there’s a big search for him, and he’ll soon find himself caught up in a battle between humans and others like him as they prepare for a new war using terror.

This manga has 13 extra chapters. It was nominated for the 7th Manga Taishou Award, the Readers Award in the 18th Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize, and both the 38th and 40th Annual Kodansha Manga Awards in their Seinen and General categories, respectively.
