Synopsis
In Victorian times, a young boy named Ciel Phantomhive loses his family to a cruel plan. On the brink of death, he makes a bargain with a demon: his soul, in return for revenge. Now, Ciel runs the Phantomhive company, taking care of business and secret tasks for the Queen of England. His assistant is a demon butler named Sebastian Michaelis, who is not only an excellent butler but also very strong as a demon.
The story tells the adventures of Ciel, Sebastian, and their other staff members, as they try to solve the mystery of Ciel’s parents’ murder and the terrible events that happened to Ciel in the month following their deaths.
