Synopsis

Ichigo Kurosaki can see ghosts, but his life doesn’t change much until he meets Rukia Kuchiki, a Soul Reaper from the mysterious Soul Society. They meet while fighting a Hollow, a bad spirit that feeds on people with strong psychic energy. Rukia tries to give Ichigo some of her power to save his family, but he ends up taking all her energy instead, making him a real Soul Reaper. Now he’s got a lot of powerful work to do! His job is to protect people from Hollows and help spirits find peace. Rukia helps him, but she’s losing her powers. The world Ichigo lives in is full of dangerous spirits and he’s the one who has to keep the people safe. (Source: Viz Media)
